Description
Overview
These two connected 45-minute fourth-grade writing lessons guide students from drafting a focused narrative scene with dialogue and description to revising that scene for stronger pacing and a satisfying conclusion. Students use a worksheet-supplied passage only as referenced by the teacher; no passage is reproduced in this plan. The lessons use common household materials and result in a revised narrative scene.
